Your initial consultation is an opportunity to share your health history, current concerns, and what you hope to improve. Your clinician will review that information with you and discuss the next steps in your care.
Talk through your health history
We’ll discuss your symptoms, health history, current treatments, and goals. Tell us what has helped, what hasn’t, and how your health affects daily life.
Understand your options
Your clinician will explain whether an examination or additional testing is appropriate and discuss a personalized care plan. Recommendations depend on your history and clinical needs.
Plan your follow-up
Before you leave, ask about your next steps, any testing or treatment instructions, and when to follow up. Your plan can be adjusted as your needs and response change.
