We have been going to Dr. Patel for many years now and you can count on him being respectful and kind every single time. His staff has helped me on many occasions to solve my problem or need. The current staff is pleasant, they they got me in the back did my vitals and got me in the room within 15 minutes of my appointment. One of the staff I took all my information down on the computer once I was back there and I saw Dr. Patel shortly after that

Dr Patel is a caring and thorough doctor, and is willing to listen, and take care of your needs. I think he is wonderful, however his staff, or lack of since Covid, is a challenge, and takes patience to wait for medical procedures to be ordered, or prescriptions at times, or hear from his staff for a followup appt. I don't blame Dr Patel, as this is going on in every business that I have experienced. People don't want to work, or take no pride in the jobs they take, especially with middle aged, and younger adults. It's a true shame. If I did not like Dr Patel as much as I do, his medical skills, and willingness to solve your problems, I would move on.

Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and always has something to offer for my complex health conditions. The office sometimes doesn’t function well though, and I have been without prescriptions a couple of times due to slow responses. And he often runs late so I don’t know how much time I need to take off work for appointments. I wish they still would submit billing to my insurance company.

Always a pleasure to meet with Dr Patel. He gave me info on new research that is happening regarding use of peptides in healing. Also proactive in possibility of needing an x-ray for my hip at a later date. Willing to check on my Blood B levels.

Great Doctor.

Unfortunately, I have had to see several doctors over the years. They were all the same. They didn’t really try to get to the root of my issues and when it became a little complicated, they stopped trying. I honestly, hated going to doctors because they ALWAYS gave me the same answers… which was NOTHING. I kinda got to a place where I didn’t think I would get better. Than my spouse got me to make an appointment with Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is by far the BEST doctor I have had. He takes the time to listen, evaluate and get to know his patients. He really does want to help you. You aren’t just “another patient”. He works hard to try and help get to the root of the issues. Couldn’t tell be happier and more pleased to find someone who wants to really take care of their patients!

The office staff are very attentive and helpful. Dr. Patel always makes me feel cared for. He spends time to explain things, is thorough and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or dismissed. This appt was more about changes being made in my life that had significantly improved my depression and other physical ailments discussed in prior appointments. Dr. Patel was very gracious and affirmed my changes, commenting how I looked and acted so much better from the last time we talked in January. He encouraged me to continue on working out and improving your mental health, which related to my spiritual journey in Following Christ and His Words found in the Bible.

Finally I found a doctor that treats not the condition but helps the patient to become healthier and beat the decease by improving their health and becoming stronger. I love his approach and the knowledge he has on how to integrate the natural and traditional medicine in his practice.

As with all visits with Doctor Patel, all health issues were discussed and appropriate recommendations were made - in addition to a review of Lab results. Information collected and entered into the computer just prior to the visit with the Doc was also excellent.
