Hormone Replacement Therapy
Feel like yourself again—safely and thoughtfully.
Bioidentical hormone therapy personalized to your labs, symptoms, and goals—guided by the Valley Natural Health team in Fresno.
What is hormone replacement therapy?
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) helps relieve symptoms that can occur when hormone levels decline with age or shift due to underlying health factors. At Valley Natural Health, we use bioidentical hormones and customize your plan based on your symptoms, health history, and lab testing.
For many women, symptoms may appear during the transition to menopause. Men may experience symptoms related to lower testosterone levels as they age. Hormone changes can also be influenced by thyroid function and chronic stress.
When to consider HRT
- Persistent fatigue, low motivation, or sleep disruption
- Hot flashes/night sweats (often in menopause transition)
- Mood changes, irritability, anxiety, or low mood
- Low libido or sexual health concerns
What your consult includes
- Symptom + health history review
- Lab testing (as clinically appropriate)
- Personalized plan + follow-up schedule
- Ongoing adjustments based on response
